Beak 'Em Bucks Overview

Beak ‘Em Bucks is a secure and convenient stored-value account that can be used as payment at on-campus dining locations, at the KU Bookstores, and for printing/copying on multifunction printers in computer labs and in KU Libraries. Beak 'Em Bucks can also be used at some off-campus merchant locations and for pizza delivery. Alcohol and tobacco purchases are prohibited.

Refunds

There are no refunds issued for Beak ‘Em Bucks deposits except in cases of withdrawal, transfer or graduation from the University of Kansas. Money remaining in the account at the end of the semester will be available to you the following semester. Cash withdrawals from a Beak 'Em Bucks account are not allowed.

If you meet the criteria for a refund, use the online form to request a refund.

Note: There is an administrative fee for processing Beak 'Em Bucks refunds.
