Pick Up Your KU Card

All KU students, faculty and staff may pick up their KU Card at the Student Accounts and Receivables office, located on the ground floor in Carruth O'Leary, Room 20.

Photo ID must be presented at time of pick-up. Only the student, staff or faculty member may pick-up their ID cards. 

*Distance education or online students may request cards be mailed. 

Office Hours:

Monday - Friday  9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. except Thursday.

Thursday  9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
